Hibachi Chicken With Fried Rice and Vegetables
Hibachi is a Japanese style of cooking using a hot open flame typically on a flat surface. The dish I prepared is similar to the way you would see it at a Hibachi style restaurant. This is a delicious, simple, easy to make recipe. I chose to use some leftovers for convenience purposes but fresh ingredients make a great dish! In this recipe I used some pre-cooked chicken breast, pre-cooked brown rice, 2 whole eggs, copped garlic, onion, scallion and frozen vegetables (in this case peas and carrots) - Feel free to customize the dish to however you like it and enjoy!
The macros on the way I prepared the male seen in the video are as follows
Total Calories = 538
Carbs = 52
Fat = 12
Protein = 46
It is extremely easy to adjust the macros to fit your needs. You can make this a lower carb meal by removing the rice and keeping it as vegetables or you can add more if you choose. If you would like higher fat add olive oil, or lower fat remove the whole eggs and use just the whites! Tailor with the recipe until it is just right for you!
